阴道超声联合宫腔镜诊治子宫内膜息肉的临床分析

Clinical analysis of transvaginal ultrasound combined with hysteroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of endometrial polyps

目的:分析宫腔镜联合阴道超声对于EP的诊治价值。方法:先进行超声检查,如超声诊断为EP,则直接运用宫腔镜进行下一步的检查与治疗,对于未确诊的患者,运用宫腔镜进行检查。结果:110例中,105例被确诊为EP;联合诊治之后,103例患者的月经无异常状况,EP复发的有3例;在20例不孕患者中,妊娠的有16例。结论:宫腔镜联合阴道超声能够有效改善EP的诊治结果,可以在诊治中运用。

Objective To analyze the value of hysteroscopy combined with vaginal ultrasound in diagnosis and treatment of EP. Method Firstly we performed ultrasonography, if it was diagnosed as EP, then we could directly applied hysteroseope for examination and treatment, if it was undiagnosed,we could use hysteroseopy examination. Results In 110 cases,there were 105 cases who were diagnosed as EP;after combined treatment, 103 cases without abnormal menstruation situation, 3 cases with recurrence of EP;in 20 cases of infertility patients, there were 16 cases of pregnancy. Conclusion Hysteroseopy and transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosis and treatment can effectively improve the EP,and it can be used in the diagnosis and treatment of EP.
