PICC置管导致上肢肿胀的护理

Nursing of upper limb swelling caused by PICC catheter

目的:探索PICC置管出现上肢肿胀的护理措施。方法:对PICC置管后出现上肢肿胀的患者及时给予对症处理,指导患者进行肢体锻炼,外敷药物等以减轻肿胀程度。结果:在置管的250例患者中,出现肢体肿胀的有25例,经过护理干预后,肿胀消退的22例,拔管1例。结论:患者在PICC置管后由于紧张、导管刺激而发生反应性痉挛,引起局部血液循环障碍,出现局部水肿、疼痛,通过有效护理措施,可预防或减轻肿胀的发生。

Objective To explore the nursing measure of upper limb swelling caused by PICC catheter. Method We gave symptomatic treatment in time,guided the patients to perform physical exercise and gave topical drugs to relieve the swelling degree caused by PICC catheter. Results In 250 cases ,25 patients had limb swelling. After nursing intervention, swelling disappeared in 22 cases, 1 case had to extubate. Conclusion Patients with the PICC tu due to the tension,the stimulating catheter and react spasm,can cause local blood circula- tion obstacle, and appear local edema, pain. We can prevent or reduce swelling occurs through effective nursing measures.
