以本科教学评价为契机 推进高师改革与发展

Further the Reform and Development of Normal Institutions of Higher Learning by Seizing the Opportunity of Undergraduate Teaching Evaluation

当前 ,我国高等教育面临发展的大好时机 ,教育部组织对普通高等师范学校进行本科教学工作合格评估 ,这既是政府加强宏观管理的一种政策行为 ,也是接受评估学校加强整改建设 ,提高办学水平的迫切需要。因此 ,应把握良机 ,实事求是 ,明确重点 ,扎实做好本科教学评建工作 ,推动高师标准化建设 。

Seizing the good chance for the unprecedented development of the higher education in our country, the Education Ministry has begun to organize the qualification evaluation of undergraduate teaching quality of normal institutions of higher learning. It is not only an adminstrative action for the government to strengthen the macro-control, but also an urgent necessity for those institutions, which are to be evaluated, to strengthen their reform, construction and improvement of their teaching level. So, we must grasp the chance,seek the truth from facts, emphasize the focal point and do a good job of the evaluation and construction, so as to push forward the development of higher normal education.
