摘要 目的观察核基质结合区结合蛋白1(SATB1)和Ki-67在胰腺癌组织中的表达变化,并探讨其意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测58例胰腺癌组织、配对癌旁组织及正常胰腺组织中SATB1和Ki-67的表达,将二者在胰腺癌中的表达水平与临床病理参数的关系进行统计学分析。结果 SATB1和Ki-67在胰腺癌中的阳性表达率分别为63.8%(37/58)、70.7%(41/58),且在胰腺癌、癌旁组织及正常组织中的表达呈下降趋势。胰腺癌组织中SATB1的表达与患者年龄、T分期、淋巴结转移和TNM分期相关(P<0.05),Ki-67的表达与T分期、淋巴结转移和TNM分期相关(P<0.05)。Cox分析显示,SATB1(RR=18.625,95%CI为11.178~285.631)和Ki-67(RR=1.985,95%CI为0.394~320.525)是影响胰腺癌患者预后的独立因素(P均<0.05)。结论 SATB1和Ki-67在胰腺癌组织中高表达,可作为胰腺癌发生发展的预测指标之一。 Objective To observe the expression changes of special AT-rich sequence binding protein 1 ( SATB1 ) and Ki-67 protein in pancreatic cancer tissues, and to investigate the significance. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of SATB1 and Ki-67 in 58 pancreatic cancer tissues, paired adjacent tissues and normal tissues. The correlations between the expression and clinicopathological parameters were statistically analyzed. Resuits The positive expression rates of SATB1 and Ki-67 were 63.8% (37/58) and 70.7% (41/58), respectively, and they showed a declining trend among pancreatic cancer tissues, adjacent tissues and normal tissues. The expression of SATB1 was associated with ages, T stage, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage (P 〈 0. 05) ; the expression of Ki-67 was associated with T stage, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage ( P 〈 0.05 ). Cox analysis showed that SATB1 ( RR = 18. 625, 95% CI 11. 178-285. 631 ) and Ki-67 (RR = 1. 985, 95% CI 0. 594-320. 525 ) were independent factors for the prognosis of patients with pancreatic cancer ( all P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The expression of SATBI and Ki-67 is high-ex- pressed in pancreatic cancer tissues, which can be used as one of the predictors for the occurrence, development of pancre- atic cancer.
