我国风险投资的现状及退出方式构想

On the current situation and the exiting pattern of Chinese venture capital investment

风险投资在我国已初具规模 ,但仍处于起步阶段 ,而风险投资的健康发展 ,必须要实现风险投资的有效退出。借鉴国外风险投资的成功经验 ,结合我国国情 ,推行IPO、出售、清算或破产等多元化退出方式 ,是近期内较佳的选择。

Although initiated less than twenty years ago,Chinese venture capital investment has developed prosperously.However,healthy and strong Chinese venture capital investment must depend on effective exiting pattens.Drawing successful experience from other countries in combination with the domestic situaticm,the author thinks that the exiting pattens such as IPO,Selling,Liquidation or Bankruptcy are appropriate choices at present in China .
