中国电力产业区域技术效率及其影响因素分析 被引量:7

摘要 文章基于Metafrontier生产函数模型,采用中国31个省市2000-2010年的面板数据,对电力产业区域技术效率进行了比较分析,并利用托宾模型分析了电力产业区域技术效率的主要影响因素。结果表明:中国电力产业区域技术效率具有40%左右的改进空间,且东、中、西地区的电力产业技术效率呈收敛趋势。相比而言,东部和西部地区电力产业技术效率高于中部。此外,工业比重、技术进步、开放程度等因素对电力产业区域技术效率具有正面的促进作用,而经济规模对电力产业区域技术效率具有负面作用。 This paper uses 31 province-level panel data from the years of 2000 to 2010 in China to make a comparative analysis on the regional teehnieal efficiency of Chinese electric power industry based on the Metafrontier Production Function Model. Then, the Tobit Model is employed to analyze the main influencing factors of the regional technical efficiency. The findings indicate that China has about 40% potentiality to improve the regional technical efficiency of its electric power industry, and the technical efficiency of electric power in east, central and west regions displays convergence trend. In general, the technical efficiency of electric power in both east and west regions is higher than that in central areas. In addition, the factors, such as the ratio of industry, technical progress and the level of opening to the outside worhl, have positive effects on the regional technical efficiency of Chinese electric power industry, on the contrary, economic scale has a negative effect.
