摘要
基于权变视角,通过引入组织控制机制与环境动态性,发展知识共享与企业创新的研究框架。实证研究发现,行为控制不利于企业通过知识共享实现创新,结果控制和团体控制加强知识共享对创新的影响。在动态变化的环境中,行为控制及团体控制的调节作用更为明显,而结果控制的正向调节作用受到削弱。
This study develops the research framework of knowledge sharing and enterprise innovation by introducing organizational control mechanism and environmental dynamism based on the perspective of contingency. The empirical research shows that behavior control moderates negatively, whereas output control and elan control moderate positively the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovation. Furthermore, as environmental dynamism increases, the negative moderating effect of behavior control and the positive moderating effect of clan control are strengthened, while the positive moderating effect of output control is weakened.
