甲醇燃料汽车动力总成性能优化与匹配研究

摘要 基于某款自主品牌的甲醇燃料汽车,应用GT-SUITE软件建立1.5L VCT发动机和整车的仿真模型,并通过试验数据对模型进行标定。根据甲醇燃料的特性,计算甲醇燃料发动机的性能及整车的动力性和燃油经济性,并以提升整车燃油经济性为目标,对NEDC循环下发动机高频工况点和主减速器传动比进行优化。结果表明,与单纯提升发动机性能相比,动力总成的合理匹配能够更加显著地提升整车燃油经济性。 Based on a self-brand methanol fuel car, its 1.5L VCT engine and vehicle simula- tion model are built with the application of GT-SUITE software. According to the characteristics of methanol fuel, the performance of methanol fuel engine and the dynamics and fuel economy of vehicle are calculated. With the goal of improving fuel economy, the high-frequency operating points of engine under NEDC-cycle and the main reducer' s gear ratio are optimized. The result shows that compared with simply improvement of engine performance, reasonable powertrain can improve vehicle fuel econo- my more significantly.
