摘要
基于工程经验设计了4种不同的助力器前壳体轮廓。通过FEA对4种不同前壳体的助力器总成的应力以及弹性变形进行比较,选择最优方案。针对最优方案进行优化效果试验验证。
Basing on engineering experience, four kinds of booster housing shell are designed. The stress and elastic deformation of four kinds of booster housing are compared by FEA, and the best one is selected. The optimal solution is tested and verified.
