摘要 针对某新型副车架试制件台架疲劳试验不合格的情况,利用FEA技术对副车架进行了结构强度和耐久性分析,预测结构和焊缝薄弱区域同试制样件的疲劳台架试验结果吻合,准确再现了台架失效点;基于试验结果的失效分析,结合生产工艺,应用有限元和疲劳分析技术,提出了结构优化方案。 According to the failed case of a new subframe fatigue test, the structural intension and durability of the subframe is analyzed. The weak position of the structure is consistent with fatigue bench test result, and the weak position of the structure is revealed accurately. The structure optimiza- tion method is proposed by using FEA and durability analysis technology considering manufacture re- quirements base on test result failure analysis.
