摘要
分析平台策略与架构策略的关系及差异,指出架构的概念是平台概念的升华,从共用零件到共用工程解决方案。通过对行业内模块化架构开发策略的实例研究,提出前期型谱规划,架构要素定义和模块开发的流程方法,提升国内整车生产厂的资源整合能力和产品价格竞争力。
Through the statement of the relationship and difference of the platform and archi- tecture strategy, it is indicated that the architecture is the concept which extended from platform. The architecture strategy focused on the common solution rather than the common physical parts. By analy- zing the example of the modularization architecture strategy implemented in the automobile industry, process suggestion is proposed including the advanced portfolio planning, bill of key architecture ele- ments and modular design which will help the local OEMs to utilize the resources properly and improve the capability for winning profit in the competition.
