摘要
针对纯电动汽车续驶里程短的问题,通过分析碳纤维复合材料的性能特点,提出了在纯电动汽车上采用碳纤维复合材料车身来实现汽车轻量化以提高其续驶里程的观点。计算分析了应用碳纤维材料替代传统材料的实际效果,探讨了未来碳纤维材料应用中可能遇到的问题和解决的办法。
Aiming at the problem of the driving range shortage, the point of application of car- bon fiber composites in electric vehicle to realize lightweight in order to improve its driving range is put forward through the analysis of the characteristic of carbon fiber composites. The actual results of the application of carbon fiber materials to replace traditional materials are calculated and analyzed. The possible problems and solutions of the application of carbon fiber in the future are discussed.
