摘要
本文以冬小麦(TriticumaestivumL.)品种西农979和丰抗88为对象,研究冬小麦幼苗在不同酸化环境下的生长及生理指标的变化。酸化环境设pH为4.0、5.0、6.0、6.9四个处理.结果显示,随着环境酸化程度加强,冬小麦幼苗地上和根系生物量均呈先增后降的变换趋势,在pH5.0~6.0时较高,pH低于5.0冬小麦幼苗生物量下降.西农979和丰抗88的根长、表面积和根尖数分别在pH小于6.0和5.0下降,二者根系活力在pH小于5.0下降.冬小麦叶绿素a/b随土壤酸性加强先降后升,pH5.0时最低.以上结果表明,冬小麦较适合pH5.0~6.0的弱酸性环境,pH低于5.0时生长受限.
In the paper, winter wheat varieties Xinong979 and Fenkang88 were chosen as objects of study, and the changes of growth and physiological index on winter wheat seedlings were studied in different acid environments. There are four treatments in the experiment, and pH value is 4.0, 5.0, 6.0 and 6.9 in four acid soil environments, respectively. The results showed that biomasses of aboveground and root system on winter wheat seedlings first increased and then decreased. The biomasses were high when pH value was from 5.0 to 6.0; while when pH value was below 5.0, the biomasses were dropped. The root length, surface area and the root tip numbers of Xinong979 and Fenkang88 decreased when pH value was below 6.0 and 5.0 ; and the energy of root system also decreased when pH value was below 5.0. The chlorophyll a/b of winter wheat first dropped and then increased, it was the lowest when pH value was 5.0. Winter wheat had a good growth in weak acid (pHS. 0~6.0) soil environments and its growth was restricted when pH value was below 5.0.
