摘要
以L-谷氨酸为原料,通过一系列反应合成可生物降解的聚L-谷氨酸(PLGA);并以N-苯基-1,4-对苯二胺和丁二酸酐为原料,利用胺基保护的方法,合成了酰胺基保护的苯胺二聚体,进一步合成胺基封端的苯胺五聚体;然后利用二氯乙烷/N-羟基丁二酰亚胺(EDC/NHS)活化PLGA上的羧基,再与胺基封端的苯胺五聚体(AP)进行偶联反应,得到了以苯胺五聚体为交联中心的电活性聚谷氨酸。并通过IR、1 H-NMR、UV-vis、TGA等手段对其进行了结构表征和性能的测试。
Biodegradable poly(L-glutamic acid) (PLGA) was synthesized from L-glutamate. With N-phenyl- 1,4-phenylenediamine and succinic anhydride as the starting materials, phenyl/carboxyl-capped aniline di- mer was achieved. These chemicals were further processed to obtain amino/amino-capped aniline pentamer (AP). An electro-active agent was finally synthesized by the cross-linking reaction of NHS-activated PLGA with aniline pentamer (AP). The structure and properties of the PLGA were characterized by FI-IR, 1H- NMR,UV-vis and TGA.
