现阶段我国教育与人力资源开发的思考

Thinking of Current Chinese Education and the Development of Human Resources

人力资源是推动经济发展和社会进步的关键因素。人力资源质量的高低主要取决于教育开发的程度。经过多年发展 ,我国的教育事业取得了巨大成就 ,人力资源质量得到一定程度的提高。但由于多种因素的影响 ,人力资源的状况依然不容乐观。为此 ,必须加大教育投资力度 ,充分利用现有教育资源 ,必须建立人力资源的全面开发系统 。

Human resources is the vital factor in promoting the economical development and the social progress. The quality of human resources mostly depends on the level of educational development. After years of development, Chinese education has witnessed great achievements and the quality of human resource has been upgraded to a certain extent. But the situation of human resource is not encouraging due to many factors. So we must intensify education investment and make full use of the education resources on hand,establish an overall development system of human resources and pay special attention to the education development in the central and western regions.
