摘要
文章以TI公司的TMS320F2812芯片为基础,设计了基于速度环与电流环的双闭环永磁无刷直流电机伺服控制系统。由多摩川公司的最新旋转变压器singlsyn型超扁平绝对式角度传感器对位置信号进行采样,R/D解码芯片AU6802N1对采集到的位置信号进行解码。最终在DSP中进行位置环与速度环运算,输出对应的SPWM控制信号控制IGBT模块的开关,以达到控制永磁无刷直流电机的目的。
The design of servo control system is based on the TMS320F2812 with the speed loop and current loop which is called the double-loop brushless DC motor servo control system. The rotary transformer is used to test the speed. The R / D decoder chip AU6802N1 is used to recode. For the final position with the TMS320F2812 and speed loop oper- ation, we designthe servo control system successfully.
