摘要 针对电力开关设备的特点,分析了现有温度监测技术存在的缺陷,提出了以无线传感器网络技术为基础的电力开关设备温度在线监测新方法。系统采用ZigBee无线收发模块采集电力开关设备发热点的温度,并将温度数据发送到ZigBee网关进行处理,实现自组网无线温度在线监测。文中介绍了系统的工作原理,给出了系统优化设计方案。实验表明,该系统能对电力开关设备在运行过程中易发热部位的温度进行实时监测,确保电力开关设备安全可靠运行。 The paper proposes a new means of online temperature monitoring on power switch equipment based on the technology of wireless sensor network, analyzing the traps of the existing temperature monitoring technology, aiming at the traits of the power switch equipment.The system adopts the ZigBee wireless transceiver module to acquire the hot- spots temperature of the power switch equipment, and transmits the data to the ZigBee gateway for processing,accomplis- hing the wireless temperature on-line measurement in the ad-hoc network.It introduces the principle of the system, giving the prioritization scheme about the design of the system.The experiment shows that the system can monitor the tempera- ture of the parts which is easy to heat when the power switch equipment is in process, thus it can ensure its safe and reli- able operation.
