犬剖腹产后羊水栓塞的诊治

Diagnosis and Treatment of Amniotic Fluid Embolism in Dogs After Cesarean Section

通过观察和治疗剖腹产后犬羊水栓塞导致的休克和死亡犬病例,了解犬术后羊水栓塞的机制,为今后的提高治愈率提供参考。从2008年1月-2012年12月我们治疗的剖腹产后羊水栓塞导致休克和死亡的患犬5例,综合治疗和观察总结其发病原因、机制、治疗方法、原则。结果发现该病发病率低、病死率极高,治愈率不高。表明对于该病应早发现早治疗,遇到纯系犬难产,确定产道、产力情况,不轻易注射缩宫素、破膜和助产,可减少羊水栓塞的发病率,对有效提高犬羊水栓塞治愈率有重要参考价值。

Through the observation and treatment of amniotic fluid embolism cases caused by caesarean sec- tion in dogs,the mechanism of amniotic fluid embolism was comprehended for improving cure rate and providing a reference for future. In our hospital, the treatment of amniotic fluid embolism after cesarean section led to shock and death in 5 cases of dogs in January 2008-December 2012. The results showed that the incidence rate was low,the mortality was high,the cure rate was not high. The disease should be early detected and treatedt. When canine difficult labor happened in pure strains of dogs, the birth canal and labor force should be determined. The injection of oxytocin should be carefully used reduce the incidence rate of amni- otic fluid embolism. The results in order to have important reference value to the cure rate of canine amni- otic fluid embolism.
