早产极低/超低出生体重儿真菌性败血症的特点分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨早产极低/超低出生体重儿真菌性败血症的临床特点,为预防、早期发现及治疗本病提供参考依据。方法回顾性分析8例早产极低/超低出生体重儿并发真菌性败血症患儿的临床特点、病原学分布、相关实验室检查及治疗效果及预后。结果早产极低/超低出生体重儿真菌性败血症发生率为11.4%,占同期早产极低/超低出生体重儿败血症发生率的36.37%。与使用PICC、静脉营养、广谱抗生素及呼吸机辅助通气均有关。G-试验具有较高的阳性率,结合临床表现可早期诊断及治疗。结论早产极低/超低出生体重儿真菌性败血症发生率较高,早期诊断及治疗能达到较高的治愈率。
