氯胺酮在改良性电抽搐治疗难治性抑郁症中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的 探讨以氯胺酮为麻醉剂的改良性电抽搐治疗(MECT)治疗难治性抑郁症的临床疗效及安全性.方法 60例难治性抑郁症患者随机分为两组,氯胺酮组(30例)使用氯胺酮作为麻醉剂进行MECT治疗;丙泊酚组(30例)使用丙泊酚作为麻醉剂进行MECT治疗.所有入组患者在MECT治疗前及治疗1~8次完成汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、临床大体评定量表(GAS)及不良反应量表(TESS)评定.结果 两组在治疗结束后HAMD总分值均有明显下降,氯胺酮组在治疗第1次开始起效,丙泊酚组在治疗第3次开始起效;治疗第8次,氯胺酮组痊愈率为80.0%,明显高于丙泊酚组(23.3%).而两组TESS分值差异无统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 氯胺酮MECT治疗难治性抑郁症是安全、有效的,且起效迅速.
