摘要
本文采用模拟方法,计算高分辨率彩色显象管荫罩的热分布、热位移以及电子束的着屏误差,并以着屏误差作为目标函数对荫罩曲面面形进行优化,确保高分辨率彩色显象管色纯漂移最小.
A simulation method is used to calculate the distribution of temperature, the thermal induced displacement and the beam landing errors of the heated shadow-mask for high-definition color CRT. To maintain color purity, The curve shape of shadow mask has been optimized, and the landing error is used as the objective function.
