摘要
随着经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的不断发展,其并发症的防治已成为重要议题。支架内血栓是介入治疗主要的并发症,可导致死亡和急性心肌梗死等临床事件,严重影响经皮冠状动脉介入治疗患者近期和远期预后。现将根据现有的循证医学证据,重点阐述支架内血栓的发生机制及预防治疗原则。
Along with the continuous development of percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI）, the prevention and treatment of its complications have been more and more important. Stent thrombosis is the major complications of PCI, which may lead to severe clinical consequences such as death and acute myocardial infarction, seriously affecting the short- and long-term prognosis of patients undergoing PCI. Therefore, the article focuses on the mechanisms of stent thrombosis as well as the principles of prevention and treatment based on the evi- dence-based medicine.
