摘要 "高血压的神经源性机制"是高血压发生机制的重要假说之一。现综述高血压与交感神经活性之间的关系;评价交感神经活性的方法;高血压患者交感神经活性与基因、体液、代谢等因素的关系以及与交感神经活性相关的高血压新的治疗方法等几个方面,阐述交感神经活性在高血压发生、发展和治疗中所发挥的重要作用。 The "neuroadrenergic hypothesis" is one of the most important hypothesis of hypertension. In this review, we will review the relationship between hypertension and the sympathetic activity(SNA) ;the method of evaluation SNA; the relationship between the SNA and gene, humoral, metabolic factors of hypertensive patients, as well as the novel treatment strategies in the therapeutic approach to hypertension about SNA, and other aspects of the SNA and hypertension, to elaborate the important role of SNA in the development and treatment of hypertension.
