摘要 盐敏感性高血压是高血压重要类型之一,近百年围绕盐敏感性高血压进行了大量研究。钠离子转运机制、肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统机制、交感神经激活、肾脏排钠损伤及炎症反应、内皮功能障碍、内分泌机制等都参与了盐敏感高血压的发病过程。盐敏感基因研究是近几年及未来研究的热点。限盐补钾及配合药物治疗可以减少盐敏感者高血压的发病率及改善预后。 The salt sensitive hypertension is one of the important types of hypertension, and there is a large number of studies about it over the past century. Ion transport mechanism,renin angiotensin aldosterone system, sympathetic nerve system, kidney mechanism,endotheli- um dysfunction mechanism,endocrine system,etc,are attributable to salt sensitive hypertension. The genetic research of salt sensitive is the focus in recent and future years. Salt limited and supply of kalium and with drug treatment can reduce the morbidity of salt sensitive hyper- tension and ameliorate the prognosis.
