摘要 当机体受到各种有害刺激时,体内氧化和抗氧化作用失衡,导致产生大量活性氧簇,活性氧簇可通过氧化作用引起细胞死亡和组织损害。近年来,氧化应激对糖尿病及动脉粥样硬化的作用及其机制日益受到关注,大量研究表明氧化应激在动脉粥样硬化、糖尿病及其并发症的发生、发展过程中起重要作用。 When the body encounters harmful stimuli, the unbalance of oxidation and antioxidation in vivo cause a mass of reactive oxygen species which can induce cell death and tissue damage by means of oxidation. In recent years, the relationship of reactive oxygen species,insulin resistance,diabetes and atherosclerosis diseases have attracted more and more attention. A growing body of studies showed that oxidative stress played a critical role in the development of diabetes and atherosclerosis diseases.
