基于通道费盈利模式的中国零售业零供关系研究

Research on China's Retailer-supplier Relationship of Retailing Industry that Based on Slotting Allowance Profit Mode

零供关系对于产业发展至关重要,而零售商收取高额通道费在我国已成为零供矛盾的焦点。文章以通道费为切入点,分析了高额通道费在中国长期得以存在的"土壤",探讨了通道费盈利模式对零供关系的影响及其发生作用的内在机理。指出我国零供关系的良性健康发展,需要零售商、供应商以及政府有关部门的共同配合,零售商要加快零售经营模式的转型以减少对通道费的依赖,供应商要有风险意识与开拓市场的意识,政府有关部门应该审慎对待零供关系与通道费问题。

Retailer-supplier relationship is significant for industry development, while, the retailers collect high slotting allowance, which became a focus of the conflict between retailing and supplying. Taking slotting allowance as the beginning point, the paper analyzes the environment of high slotting allowance that exist in China in long period and studies the influence that slotting allowance profit mode brings on retailer-supplier relationship and its inner influential mechanism. And, the paper points out the positive development of retailer-supplier relationship relys on the coordination of retailer, supplier and government departments, retailers have to quicken the transformation of retailing operation mode and reduce dependency on slotting allowance, and suppliers need to have the consciousness of risk and expand market and the government departments have to deal with the issue of retailer-supplier relationship and slotting allowance seriously.
