摘要
生态产品是生态文明的物质载体。建立国家生态原产地产品保护制度是在微观领域落实生态文明建设的具体举措,是践行科学发展观,加快转变经济发展方式的重要推手,是促进对外贸易转型,破解技术性贸易壁垒尤其是绿色贸易壁垒的迫切需要。国家生态原产地产品保护有助于加快企业出口通关速度、有助于进口国对配额及设限进口产品的快速识别、有助于产品销售等。当前加强国家生态原产地产品保护工作的重点是积极开展生态原产地产品保护的相关理论研究,将国家生态原产地产品保护纳入各省市战略规划,加快推进PEOP的国家品牌化。
Ecological product is the material carrier of conservation culture. Enhancing the protection of national ecological product in original places, which is a specific measure in a micro field to carry on conservation culture construction and is the promotion of practicing scientific development outlook and economic development mode transformation, and is the urgent need of promoting foreign trade transformation and breaking through technological trade barrier especially the green trade barrier. The protection of national ecological product in original places is helpful for speeding up enteprises to pass customs clearance of export and helpful for importing countries to identify quota and limitations on imported goods and products sales, etc.. Currently, the key point of the protection is doing research on the theories of ecological products protection and bringing national ecological product in original places into every provinces and cities' strategic plan and promoting PEOP branding process in a nation wide.
