摘要 研制了一台大功率等离子切割电源。设计了以DSP芯片TMS320F28335为核心的控制系统,四路PWM分别独立控制四路斩波电路,数字化闭环PID控制实现优良的恒流输出特性。电源输入采用12脉波整流方式,提高切割电源的功率因数。仿真分析和实验结果证明,该切割电源系统功率因数高,控制精度高,切割性能优良。 A high-power plasma cutting power supply has been developed.The control system was designed with DSP chip TMS320F28335 as the core processor,four PWM Signals dirve four chopper circuits respectively and independently,the digital closed-loop PID control method achieve excellent constant-current output characteristics.A 12 pulse rectifier was used to improve power factor of power supply at the input stage.Simulation and experimental results verify the plasma cutting power supply system of high power factor, high control precision, good cutting performance.
