摘要
研制了以欧姆龙CP1H PLC为控制核心的等离子弧焊设备。该设备用于6 mm厚镍板焊接工艺实验,其组成有焊接电源、气路、水路、控制柜、机械装置、焊枪、小车等。实验表明,研制的等离子弧焊控制系统能够实现对镍板单面焊双面成形的自动控制。
This paper designed a plasma arc welding equipment with OMRON CPlH PLC as the control core.The equipment is used for the welding technology experiment of the 6mm Nickel plates,comprising welding power source,gas system,water-cooling system, control cabinet,machinery,welding torch,vehicle etc.Experimental results show that the developed controlling system can realize the automatic control of Nickel plate keyhole plasma arc welding with one side welding and both side formation.
