摘要
钢轨的超窄间隙对接对坡口宽度控制有严格的要求,焊接过程中的角变形直接影响坡口宽度的变化和焊后钢轨的平直度.通过钢轨的超窄间隙焊接试验,实测出焊接过程中角变形随焊层厚度的变化关系,其特征为:当焊层厚度达到13~18 mm时角变形达到最大值,当焊层厚度达到100 mm以上时,角变形不明显.在此变化关系的基础上估算出合适的反变形角度,可保证在焊接过程中坡口底部尺寸随着焊接角变形始终保持在合适的范围内.
The control of the groove width is strict in the rail butt joint welded with the method of uhra-narrow gap welding, angular distortion will directly influence the groove width and the rail straight degree in this process of welding . The correlation of welding angular distortion with layers thickness can be measured via a test of rail uhra-narrow gap welding. The character is that angular distortion reaches a maximum when the thickness of welding layers is in the range of 13-18mm and there is no more obvious distortion when it is above 100mm. Anti-distortion angle estimated based on this relation can ensure that the bottom width of the groove will be maintained in a proper range with welding angular distortion in the process of welding.
