摘要
对于6082铝合金小规格板件与大规格管件的焊接,通过不同的预热工艺试验,分别对各试件焊后效果进行对比分析。结果表明:常规的预热方法由于火焰预热温度范围大、预热温度范围不易控制,容易产生焊接缺陷,造成焊接结构件质量差、不安全;并且由于预热时间长,生产效率低。采用感应加热时,使得预热区域变大,通过热量传递保证小规格板件与大规格管件的温度基本一致,避免两种尺寸规格的零件因热量不平衡造成未焊透、热裂纹等焊接缺陷,并且降低焊缝凝固时因热应力不平衡、收缩大而产生较大的拉应力集中程度;提高了产品质量和生产效率,保证了焊接结构安全。
For small size and large size panel is 6082 aluminum alloy pipe welding,through different preheating process test, separately for each specimen after welding effect were analyzed.Results show that the normal preheating method because of the large range of flame preheating temperature, preheating temperature range is not easy to control, is very easy to produce welding defects, resulting in poor quality of welding structure,unsafe;And because the preheating time is long,the production efficiency is low.Using induction heating,make bigger preheating area,through the heat transfer to ensure the temperature of the small size and large size panel fitting basic consistent ,avoid the two dimensions of parts because of the heat unbalance cause lack of penetration ,welding defects such as hot crack ,and reduce the weld solidification due to imbalance of thermal stress and shrinkage big large tensile stress concentration; Improve the product quality, enhance the production efficiency,ensure the safety of the welding structure.
