摘要
采用波形检测与分析的方法,对弧焊电源动态性能作出定性评估。列举了常见的三类动态性能问题:短路过渡时电流瞬间过低;电流波形波动过大;电源能量输出不稳定的波形特征,对工程现场的弧焊电源品质与焊接过程质量的相关性分析具有一定的参考价值。
To estimate the dynamic state of arc welding power source,waveform analysis of voltage and current in arc welding process is used.Three common phenomena from the waveforms of electric arc,lower current value during short-circuit instant,current undulating and insufficient energy output are listed and assessed.
