摘要
选择温度低于100℃的真空蒸汽作为热源,通过间壁列管式降膜蒸发器对热敏性药物中的乙酸乙酯蒸发、冷凝、回收,从而提高热敏性药物的纯度。提高蒸发效率,降低设备占地面积。以工业应用为例对设备选型及加热介质选择进行阐述。
Using vacuum steam whose temperature was below 100 ℃ as heat source,the thermosensitive drug was purified via evaporation,condensation and recovery of ethyl acetate in the thermosensitive drug with the tubular falling film evaporator.The results show that the evaporation efficiency is improved;the occupied area of the equipment is reduced.At last,selection of equipment types and heating media were discussed.
