摘要 目的:建立快速、准确、高灵敏度的中成药中非法添加3种肾上腺皮质激素的检测方法。方法:采用超高效液相色谱-质谱联用法,离子源为ESI源,负离子检测,对抗风湿类中成药中非法添加的3种肾上腺皮质激素醋酸泼尼松、地塞米松、氢化可的松进行定性和定量检测。结果:11种受试制剂中1种检测到掺有醋酸泼尼松。结论:此方法选择性强、灵敏度高,可作为快速分析中成药中非法添加醋酸泼尼松、地塞米松及氢化可的松的有效检测方法。 Objective : To establish a quick, accurate and sensitive method for the analysis of three illegally-added adrenal cortical hormones in anti-rheumatism Chinese patent drugs by UPLC/MS/MS. Method: A UPLC/MS/MS method was used. Electrospay ioni- zation (ESI) source was applied and operated in negative ion modes. The qualitative and quantitative method of the three illegally-add- ed adrenal cortical hormones in anti-rheumatism Chinese patent drugs were candied out. Result: Prednisone acetate was found in one formula among the eleven tested samples. Conclusion: The method is selective and sensitive, and can be used to detect the three ille- gally-added adrenal cortical hormones in anti-rheumatism Chinese patent drugs.
