正交试验法优选结肠炎奇效颗粒水提部分的工艺研究

Optimization of Water Extraction Technique for Jiechangyan Qixiao Granules by Orthogonal Experiments

目的：优选结肠炎奇效颗粒的最佳水煎工艺条件.方法：从煎煮方式、水煎因素水平的选择两方面进行试验,以京尼平苷酸的含量作为考核指标,采用L9（34）正交试验法确定最佳水煎工艺.结果：结肠炎奇效颗粒的最佳水煎工艺条件为加8倍量水,煎煮2 h,煎煮2次.结论：该制备工艺合理可行,其质量稳定,为结肠炎奇效颗粒的水提部分的最佳提取工艺.

Objective： To screen the optimal conditions of the water extraction technology for Jiechangyan Qixiao granules. Meth od： The experiments were carried out in the two aspects of decoction method and the impacting factors and levels in the decoction. The content of geniposidic acid as the index, the extraction process was studied by I_9 （34） orthogonal experimental design. Result： The optimum conditions of the water extraction technology for Jiechangyan Qixiao granules were as follows： adding 8-fold water and deeoc ring 2 times with 2 hours each, Conclusion： The preparation process is reasonable and practical with stable quality. It＇ s the optimal procedure for Jieehangvan 0ixiao granules.
