摘要
目的:对超声法提取补虚颗粒中阿魏酸的工艺进行优化。方法:采用正交试验设计,利用超声法提取补虚颗粒中阿魏酸,考察了超声时间、液料比、温度和功率4影响个因素。结果:补虚颗粒中阿魏酸的优化提取条件为提取固液比为1∶30,超声时间为20 min,温度为50℃,超声功率为60 W。结论:该提取条件合理,阿魏酸提取效率高。
Objective: To optimize the ultrasonic extraction technology of ferutic acid from Buxu granules. Method: Felic acid was extracted by ultrasonic method. Using the ultrasonic time, solid-liquid ratio, temperature and extraction power as the influencing factors, the process was optimized by orthogonal design. Result: The optimal conditions for the extraction process of Buxu granules were as follows : solid-liquid ratio was 1 : 30, the ultrasonic time was 20min with the ultrasonic power of 60W and the temperature of 50℃. Conclusion: The optimized extraction is rational and efficient.
