摘要
为了减少板坯连铸机的粘结漏钢事故,研究了粘结漏钢过程的热电偶温度变化规律,建立了漏钢预报系统及粘结提醒模型、粘结报警模型和漏钢报警等相关模型。该系统在国内某钢厂应用未发生漏钢事故,将单流每月粘结报警次数降低到10次以内,报警率低于5%,报警准确率在80%左右。实践表明,该系统具有报警次数少及准确率高的特点。
In order to reduce the sticking breakout accident of slab continuous caster, the changing rules of thermocouple temperature in sticking breakout process were studied. The breakout prediction system and sticking-warning model, sticking-alarm model, breakout-alarm model were established. The system had been applied in a steel plant of China and no breakout accident happened. Sticking alarm for single flow casting was reduced to less than 10 times in a month. The sticking alarm rates were below 5 %. The accuracy rate of alarm was around 80 ~. The result showed that the system had advantages such as low sticking alarm times and high accuracy rate.
