摘要
为了探讨大型高炉的热控制措施,实现炉热水平的长期稳定和低燃料比生产,以太钢5号高炉6年多的生产实践为基础,对影响大型高炉热制度的主要因素进行统计分析,认识到热制度是在一定的原燃料质量下,各项操作制度共同作用时炉热水平的体现。5号高炉通过采取各项措施,实现了稳定生产,生铁w(Si)在0.35%~0.55%,燃料比在505kg/t以下。
In order to realize long-term stable operation of large blast furnace with low fuel rate through controlling its thermal condition, the main influencing factors of thermal system of No.5 BF in Taigang was analyzed based on production data in 6-years period. Practice showed that the thermal system of blast furnace can reflect its heat level under given raw material and fuel conditions. By adopting suitable measures, stable production was realized with w(Si) of 0.35 %-0.55 % and fuel ratio of below 505 kg/t.
