岩相分析方法在高炉炭砖中的应用

摘要 将岩相分析方法用于辨别炭砖中原料的种类和质量的优劣,辨别微孔炭砖中添加物的种类及反应状况,分析炭砖组织结构的致密程度、孔洞裂隙分布状况及分析使用后炭砖的侵蚀状况等。通过实例介绍了岩相分析方法在高炉炭砖中的应用,涉及炭砖研制、炭砖质量评价和使用后的性能检验等。在炭砖理化性能指标基础上,用岩相分析方法评价炭砖,对高炉选用优质炭砖,延长寿命有重要作用。 The petrographical analysis technology could be used in identifying the type and the quality of raw material in carbon blocks, be used in identifying the type of additives in microporous carbon bricks and its reaction status, be used in analyzing densification of carbon block structure and distribution of pore and fracture, also be used in analyzing erosion condition of carbon blocks after using. The application of petrographical analysis in carbon block for blast furnace was introduced through example , involving development of carbon block, evaluation of carbon block’s quality and performance examination of carbon block after using. On the basis of physico-chemical properties of carbon blocks, the application of petrographical analysis technology plays an important role in evaluating and selecting carbon blocks etc. for achieving a longer campaign life of blast furnaces.
