摘要
为了降低SPHC热卷生产成本,对其成分设计及轧制冷却等生产工艺进行了优化,成功地解决了炼钢过程增碳、增硅、夹杂物控制和钢水流动性等问题,同时实现了热轧SPHC的软化,获得了理想的微观组织形貌,产品质量完全满足冷轧生产的要求。采用此工艺成功地生产SPHC热卷150万t以上,且钢带合格率达到了99.75%。
In order to reduce the cost of SPHC coil production, the composition design and rolling process were optimized. The problems of carburization, silicon pickup, inclusion control and molten steel fluidity were solved successfully. The coil with perfect microstructure was softened. The quality of products can meet the requirements of cold rolling production completely. More than 1.5 million ton SPHC hot rolled coils per year were produced using this process and the yield rate of steel strip reached 99.75%.
