试论高等学校的素质教育

On Competence Education in Colleges and Universities

我国高等教育由专业教育向全面素质教育转变是教育领域一场深刻的革命。本文分析了专业教育存在的片面性 ,阐明了模式转变的必要性和全面素质教育的目标模式 ,提出要有效地推进高等学校的素质教育 ,就必须改革高校的人才培养模式、课程体系、教学方法和教学评价制度。

The transition of Chinese higher education from professional education to competence education is a great revolution. This article analyzes the shortcomings of professional education,and explores the necessity for transition and the orientation model. In order to implement competence education in colleges and universities effectively,it is necessary to reform talents training models, curriculum teaching methods and instructional evaluation systems.
