摘要
利用点击化学,由三乙酰阿拉伯糖叠氮化物和炔丙基取代白杨素分子通过Cu催化的1,3-环加成反应得到了一种三氮唑阿拉伯糖苷化白杨素衍生物,利用核磁共振光谱、红外光谱、电子轰击质谱对其结构进行了表征,并利用元素分析测定了其组成.结果表明,所得合成产物为目标化合物.
Based on "click chemistry", a glycosylated arabinoseyltriazole chrysin derivative was synthesized in good yield by way of the copper-mediated 1,3 dipolar cyctoaddition reaction of ti racetylarabinose azide and alkynyl-substituted chrysin. The structure of as-synthesized product was characterized by means of nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometry, infrared spectrome- try, and electron ionization-mass spectrometry, and its elemental composition was determined by elemental analysis. It was found that as synthesized product is the target compound.
