The chemical cleaning process for Ti substrate is reviewed. Namely, the principle and method for removing oxide scale of titanium substrate by alkaline-wash degreasing and acid pickling are introduced. The technological conditions, process flow and equipment for remo- ving oxide scale of titanium substrate by alkaline wash degreasing and acid pickling are high- lighted.
