摘要 本研究选取12—13周龄、16—17周龄、29~30周龄三组昆明小鼠,雌雄各半,活体称重,采血,分离血清,采用日立7020型全自动生化分析仪进行血清生化值检测。结果显示昆明小鼠的年龄跨度越大,部分生化指标的差异越显著,且雌雄体重差异越明显。雌雄性昆明小鼠随着年龄增大,血清中TP、ALB、LDH、CHE值明显增高;雄性昆明小鼠年龄越大,血清中CREA与UA值明显增高,而雌性昆明小鼠则明显降低。 KM mice were divided into three groups,12 -13week-old group, 16 -17week-old one, 29- 30week-old one, half male and half female in each group. The mice body weight were determined and serum biochemical parameters were detected by the blood biochemical indicators Hitach 7020. The result showed that the greater of age span,the differences in biochemistry parammeters were more significant in KM mice,and the more obvious differences on body weight between male and female mice were.The values of TP,ALB,LDH,CHE were significantly higher with age increased in male and female mice; the values of CREA, UA was significantly higher with are increased in male mice than female mice.
