The paper introduces the content and method of collaborative reference service of Changbei academic library alliance, specially the alliance＇s collaborative service model and platform service model. It analyzes the existing problems of its collaborative ref- erence service, and thinks about how to further improve the service from the aspects of risk management of intellectual property rights, cultivation of librarian＇s quality, librarian management, and so on.
