摘要
采用强碱性阴离子交换树脂处理碘化-1-乙烯基-3-甲基咪唑水溶液,再与甘氨酸中和,合成了阳离子为1-乙烯基-3-甲基咪唑(VMIM)、阴离子为甘氨酸(Gly)的VMIM-Gly可聚合离子液体,采用差示扫描量热(DSC)、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)以及核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)对该离子液体进行了表征;并以丙烯酰胺(AAm)为共聚单体,过硫酸铵为引发剂,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用水溶液聚合法合成了Poly(VMIM-Gly-co-AAm)交联共聚物凝胶,对该凝胶在多种溶剂中的溶胀行为进行了研究.结果表明,VMIMGly的玻璃化温度为-37.9℃,Poly(VMIM-Gly-co-AAm)凝胶吸水量可达354 g/g,并对甲醇、乙醇等低碳醇类有机溶剂具有超强吸收作用,吸收量分别达到178 g/g和97 g/g.
VMIM-Gly polymerizable ionic liquid was synthesized by treating 1-vinyl-3-methylimidazolium (VMIM) iodine with strong alkaline anion exchange resin followed by neutralization with glycine (Gly). DSC, FT-IR and 1H-NMR were used to characterized the polymerizable ionic liquid; crosslinked copoly- mer of VMIM-Gly with acrylamide was synthesized by aqueous copolymerization using N, N'-methyle- nebisacrylamide as crosslinker, and ammonium persulfate as initiator, swelling behavior in water and a variety of alcohols of the crosslinked copolymer was investigated. The results showed the glass transition temperature of VMIM-Gly was - 37.9 ℃, the crosslinked copolymer showed super absorbency for both water (354 g/g) and a variety of alcohols such as methanol (178 g/g) , ethanol (97 g/g) , and so on.
