摘要
目的:观察骨肉瘤中GRIM-19与STAT3的表达情况,探讨二者与骨肉瘤临床病理特征的关系及骨肉瘤二者表达的相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色SP法检测35例骨肉瘤和14例骨软骨瘤GRIM-19与STAT3的表达情况。结果:骨肉瘤中STAT3的阳性表达率明显高于骨软骨瘤,GRIM-19的阳性表达率明显低于骨软骨瘤,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01);骨肉瘤中STAT3表达与Enneking分期、肺转移有关,GRIM-19表达与Enneking分期有关(P<0.05);骨肉瘤中STAT3表达与GRIM-19呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:骨肉瘤组织中存在STAT3高表达和GRIM-19低表达共存现象,二者共同作用可能与骨肉瘤的发生、发展密切相关。
Objective:To investigate the relationships between gene associated with retinoid-interferon-induced mortality- 19 (GRIM- 19), signal wansducem and activators of transcription 3 (STAI3) and clinical pathological characteristics of osteosarcoma, and their correlations in osteosarcoma by observing the expression of GRIM- 19 and STAT3 in osteosarcoma. Methods:SP immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of GRIM-19 and STAT3 in 35 cases osteosarcoma and 14 cases osteochondroma. Results:The positive expression rate of STAT3 in osteosarcoma was obviously higher than that in osteochondmma, while the positive expression rate of GRIM-19 was obviously lower in osteosarcoma compared with osteochondroma (P〈 0.01). In osteosarcoma the expression of STAT3 was associated with Enneking stage and pulmonary metastasis; the expression of GRIM-19 was associated with Enneking stage (P〈 0.05). In osteosarcoma, the expression of STAI3 was negatively correlated with expression of GRIM-19 (P〈 0.05). Conclusions: High expression of STAT3 and low expression of GRIM-19 coexist in osteosarcoma, which play important role in development ofosteosarcoma-
