摘要
目的:观察联合应用SCD感应抗血栓泵和系统功能训练对人工关节置换术后预防下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)形成的效果。方法:307例人工关节置换手术患者随机分为3组:第1组,术后给予SCD感应抗血栓泵+传统的功能训练;第2组,术后仅给予系统功能训练;第3组,术后给予SCD感应抗血栓泵+系统功能训练。观察3组患者DVT的发生率。结果:1-3组DVT的发生率分别为8.82%(9/102)、7.84%(8/102)和0.97%(1/103),第3组患者DVT的发生率明显低于第1组和第2组(P<0.05)。结论:SCD感应抗血栓泵联合系统功能训练对人工关节置换术后预防DVT的效果最佳。
Objective:To observe the effects of SCD induction antithrombotic pump combined system function training on preventing deep vein thrombosis (DVT) after artificial joint replacement. Methods:307 artificial joint replacement patients were randomly divided into 3 groups: the patients in 1^st group were given SCD induction antithrombotic pumpand traditionalfunctional training, the patients in 2^ndgroup were given system function training only, and the patients in3^ndgroup were given SCD induction antithrombotic pump combined system function training. The incidence rate of DVTof 3 groups was observed.Results: The incidence rate of DVT of 3 groups was respectively 8.82%(9/102), 7.84%(8/102)and 0.97%(1/103). The incidence rate of DVT of the 3^ndgroup was obviously lower than 1^stand 2^ndgroup (P〈 0.05).Condusions: SCD induction antithrombotic pump combined system function training can getbest effects to prevent DVTafter arlificial joint replacement.
