摘要
目的:探讨在社区开展健康教育门诊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者自我管理能力的影响。方法:在某社区针对41例COPD患者,建立健康教育门诊,定期开展健康教育活动,内容包括疾病知识宣讲、日常生活保健、呼吸功能训练、情绪的自我调整等四个方面;采用理论授课、小组讨论、病友之家以及健康专栏等形式。采用自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)分别在干预前和干预后6个月进行测试,比较干预前、后患者的自我管理能力。结果:参加健康教育门诊后,COPD患者的自我管理能力显著高于未参加健康教育门诊前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区开展健康教育门诊可提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的自我管理能力。
Objective: To investigate the effects of health education in communities on self-management ability ofchronic obstructivepulmonary disease (COPD) patients. Methods:41 patients with COPD were given health education incommunity, which included knowledge about disease, health care in daily life, respiratory function trining and emotionalself adjusment.The self-management ability of COPD patients was measured respectively before and 6 months after health education by using ESCA scale.Results:After health education, the self-management ability of patients with COPD significantly increased compared with that before health education (P〈 0.05). Conclusions: Health education in communities can help to improve the self-management ability of COPD patients.
