从石墨烯开关看电子在石墨烯中的奇异行为

摘要 与固态器件相比,真空电子器件的最大特点是电子在真空中的运动速率远大于在固体中的运动速率。然而,石墨烯的问世使这种现象发生了变化。现已发现,石墨烯中的电子不仅运动速率远高于传统半导体中的电子,而且存在各种奇特行为,使石墨烯的研究和应用备受关注。本文首先对普通晶体管材料和石墨烯中的电子行为进行比较,然后介绍石墨烯p-n结的特性和石墨烯逻辑开关的一些应用研究进展。 In comparison with solid state devices,vacuum electron devices possess a great advantage that velocity of electrons in vacuum is far higher than that of their counterpart in solid materials.However,this situation was changed since the discovery of graphene.It was found that electrons in graphene,not only had a higher velocity than those in conventional semiconductors,but also behaved peculiar.The unusual features of graphene have attracted much attention owing to their potential applications and value of investigation.This review firstly provided a comparison of electron behavior in traditional semiconductors and grapheme,then,presented characteristics of p-n junctions made of graphene and current research progress of some logical switches of graphene.
